Calamity Sarah

I raced home for a very quick weekend
at my little shack...

Sunshine and jasmine, lawn mowers and sea mist,
Spring birds and ocean breezes...

A little op shop, a bubble bath, a surprise phone call from my
darlings Helga and G-Star, hot chocolate catch up with a girlfriend,
a beach walk and weekend over!

That's enough to recharge my batteries.

I wore:
Overalls - Fossil Vintage
Bandanna, sunnies, Mexican embroidered blouse - Op shopped

Now back in Canberra for a short week at work
then home to my shack on Friday for four whole days!

Hope you've had a gorgeous weekend.

Sarah

Your hair just keeps getting bigger and bigger and I love it worn in thosecute little bunches.
It's always good to see you prancing around with bare feet by your garden gate, it's a kick up the arse for me to get a flight to sunnier climes pronto.
Love you more than overalls! xxxxxxxx

By "gorgeous" did you mean; work both days (I'm leaving in a minute), hand sew until my fingers hurt? It is pretty and nice outside and the sun was up at 7am, thank you daylight savings time!

Sounds like you've had a lovely weekend. Sometimes it's nice just to relax and take it easy for a while x

Looking lush, love. Not a bad weekend hear...some pie eating, being attacked by my cat in the dark and having my gums poked by the dentist. Rock n'roll baby.xxxxx

You are the prettiest, darlingest dungaree-wearing big-hair totin' gal I have ever seen! I love that little Mexican embroidered top, so sweet with those fab sunnies and your bandana.
It sounds like a lovely relaxing weekend, just too bloody short. Still, four days coming up at home, hurray! Hang on in there, you'll be back on the beach before you know it - wish I was there too...
Lovey love! xxxxxxxxx

Dearest Sarah,
wow, your hair has more bounce than a basketball. I was just over on Desiree's blog admiring hers and the stylists heartshaped shades, I think I need a pair of those ;)
Lot's of love,
Jennie...xXx

Sounds like a short but sweet weekend.
Whenever I see someone with a Mexican embodied blouse on I'm said I no longer have mine.
Hope the week moves swiftly or you and you're enjoying your four days at the sick in no time.

lOOKIN MIGHTY DIVINE Sarah!
I love that big hair on you.
You would have made the greatest
60's checkout girl at the local supermarket... All the guys would have wanted to check out at your till and not Olga's "the chain smoking cat lady who only wears nicotine stained sweaters and stretched out tighs with moth eaten skirts." And ya see that's where my imagination too me. *hahaha*

OMG,Ellie May,you're making me frisky! No one, but NO ONE can work overalls like you and give me the horn! And that HAIR! If it gets any bigger, it'll need it's own blog! YEAH! I LOVE IT!!! It's so dreamy, I want to curl my fingers into it and moan gently in your ear!
Love you MORE than prancing about in the sunshine with big hair!

Your hair needs its very own blog:) how do you get it big? What you hiding in there? I'm glad you are enjoying your lil beach shack, it seems like your sanctuary! No one makes overalls look as good as you!
Love you lots!

As Krista wrote, I really need to know how you made this amazing hairdo, what's the secret? Can I hide there too? I'd love to see a tutorial for the super awesome pony tails!
You always look great in overalls and the mexican shirt is lovely!

I love you more than heart shaped glasses!

Your hair is still a planet, and life rotates around it. Uh. I used to have overalls like this. I want some again. These are the perfect photos of ease in the sunshine.
