Well...
Yesterday I wore the frock below. When I saw these pics last night I was so frickin bored with my outfit that I vowed to a) never post these pics, and b) ditch the dress, stat!
I don't know if it's the dress or me, or the boring way I wore it, or the (gag) collar, or just because I'm feeling kinda bleh at the moment, but I absolutely hate these pics and the dress and according to Vix's Law*, the dress had to go.
When I got home today, Destructodog
had done the deed for me - the dress was shredded, on the floor, tag and buttons ripped off. I guess she hated this dress too!

Speaking of the dog, some of you expressed concerned that her destructive behaviour is a sign of anxiety... please be assured, she is not anxious, she's just nine months old, bored and completely frickin mental. Hell, I'm forty two, bored and completely mental!

I love how the terminator ate your dress, it wasn't fabulous enough for you and she's mental but with innate style (like the best of us ). The frock you've substituted with it is entirely gorgeous, dressed up to perfection with the fuck-off corsage, heart shaped sunnies and Bazza the Almighty!
e have neighbours with a couple of those dogs adn you're quite right they are neither traumatised nor anxious, just fricking mentally overbred animals, great to look at and clearly insane.

The dress-that-is-no-more reminds me of my Perfect Red Dress so I actually loved it! (I have a black Bettie Page frock, haven't worn it on the blog yet.) But alas it has gone to that big rag bag in the sky, courtesy of Fashion Police Dog, so you can't send it to me, ha!

She's too cute, but take away from her this wonderful floral frock that you are wearing today, you never know if she prefer it to be shorter..

My friend who rescues dogs, can home yesterday to a new white shag carpet......made from a 12-roll pack of toilet paper. Crafty dogs! Interesting bodice on today's dress, don't think I've ever seen that before

Well, you got rid of the dress and the dog entertained herself for a while so it worked out for the best.

Bless him he looks like he had a rip roaring time with that dress ;-) Puppies are so destructive i had a bordie collie called Sam and he was gorgeous but my god he chewed holes in my kitchen walls and chewed the ends off my heaters he was a nightmare for it but he did out grow it ;-)) You look gorgeous to lovely, hugs, dee xxx

Dang! Good thing you didn't care for the dress. I had a dog do something similar to an expensive wool shirt I had given as a gift one Christmas. The recipient never got to wear it...and I was furious.
Good excuse to go out and buy a new dress if you ask me.

holy crap Sarah. Good think the dog chose the dress you hate!!! Imagine if it were the carnival skirt of gorgeous kaleidoscope colours...no, I must not imagine that. Put it away where the doggie can't find it.

I love Vix's description of Destructo-Dog: mental, but with innate style. At least she saved you the job! I have to agree that, in those photos at least, there was just something not right about that dress for you.
I'd say the opposite about today's dress though! Amazing!
