There are worse things I could do

Today a complete stranger told me...

that I looked like a character from Grease...

I'm definitely no Sandy

(loser)

And I'm no Cha Cha

(though she's pretty frickin hot!)

You know who I am...

"Peachy keen, jellybean"

Even though the neighbourhood thinks I'm trashy and no good...

I wouldn't have it any other way.

Now THAT is a spooky coincidence - I am sitting here in my yellow Sandy frock about to take photos for my Grease tribute post, and you've only gone and beaten me to it!
You rock the 50s vibe, I'm not surprised a stranger felt moved to comment. I am still searching for a petticoat to ruffle a la Cha Cha...
And of course Rizzo is the star of that movie, it goes without saying! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Some people sometimes, they are so clueless, at work sometimes people think that on Halloween I am wearing a costume but I am wearing my regular clothing. You look great :)

Now I am going to have that song stuck in my head all day! Grease is one of my favourite movies. I have the soundtrack and the sing-a-long game. My 21st was Grease themed too. I'd like to think I'm a bit of a Frenchie. She is super cute!

You looked awesomely fabulous you did as you always do. I love how people feel it is important to share their opinion whether you want it or not. Just smile and carry on is the best option and opinions from people that mean nothing to you mean nothing!! As for your neighbours, who cares, they obviously don't know you!! Hang on I don't know you!! But I think you are, (in the words of Helga) FANTABULARSEHOLE!!!!!

Here's to giving the neighbors something to talk about! I love the last photo of you in the skirt.

She is the best character. "I could stay home...every...niiiiiiight...Wait around for mis-ter...riiiiiiight...Take cold showers every...day and THROW MY LIFE AWAY...on a dream that won't come true."

A true feminist icon right there. Never a better compliment has been given.

I love Rizz, she's one of my favourite on screen gals. Awesome compliment. Mind you, I'm sure I've seen you show your bloomers a la Cha Cha!

Have I misunderstood? Was the stranger saying the Grease comparison like it was a BAD thing? See, I totally thought that was a compliment! But then I'm odd. Can we all dress up as a Grease character and post a photo? I think we should! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
