Snowflakes on parcels and whiskers on kittens...

So yesterday I headed over to Canberra for a few days with my little family...

I wore:
Gingham capris, tshirt, shoes, scarf and bangles - Op shopped
1950s basket and 1960s vanity case - Op shopped
Leopard overnight bag - Gift from awesome sister in law
Sunnies and hair flowers - Retail
Brooches - Market and fave vintage store

Four year old Annabel gave her Daddy a manicure and pedicure this morning...

 Annabel wore:
Vintage sailor dress - Op shopped by Aunty Sarah

Daddy is such a rock star, he looks awesome with his mani/pedi

Annabel happily let me practise my new braid technique on her...

I cannot get enough cuddles with my little Maximus Prime - he's eight weeks old now

I'm a coealiac vegetarian... and a few weeks ago I was lamenting
one of the few things I cannot eat that I miss...

And look what was waiting for me upon my arrival...
homemade gluten-free, gelatine-free baked cheesecake!

Best. Sister in law. Ever.

So I'm here for a few more days and then heading home
to prepare for Helgastock2012 in a mere EIGHT SLEEPS!

Mmmh! Cheesecake, my favorite :)
These sunglasses are my dream! Glasses are similar to that used George Harrison (my idol).
Annabel is a beautiful girl, and her dress is very cute too.
Love your pics!

Just spotted your blog and browsed a bit through it. Your outfits are stunning! I like the flowers in your hair - so Frida-like - and your circus nails and everything cause it's so colourful and cheerful. Hugs from Germany1

Annabel's dress is so adorable! I used to have quite a few nautical dresses when I was a wee little girl. You've got her addicted to nail polish.. now there's no going back!

Loving the look on little Max's face haha!

I would never be able to live knowing I couldn't have cheesecake so that was awesome of your sister in law to make you that! Cheesecake is THE best dessert EVER!!! xxx

Yay for family time in Canberra and s-i-l's fabulous cheesecake! Annabel looks adorable with her braid, Brother Misfit is clearly happy to be in touch with his feminine/rock star side, and little Maximus is... well, not very happy in that particular photo, but generally gorgeous!
Have the most wonderful time.
PS.You are rocking the 50s look right now - hot hot hot in every way! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Aw cuteness abounds! Gotta love a daddy who's not afraid of the heavy hand of a 4 year old wielding the nail polish.

You're SO good at hair - Maximus had better watch out when he grows some. And now I want cheesecake

Gorgeous wee Annabel, I want one of them!!! I have requested that when my sons are older that they supply me with at least one grand daughter to play with. Daddy is good isn't he, bless!! I don't eat cheesecake but that looks more than delish!!
