Woodstock wedding...

I adore this late 1960s wedding dress

I was married in a dress made from a red silk sari.

The dress was beautiful. The marriage was not.

You might like to read about how thoughtful I was in
returning a few things that my husband left behind when he moved out.

I've been divorced for longer than I was married.

I don't believe in marriage for me
(I believe in it for you, if that's what you want!)

But I'd marry for money in a flash.

Because I believe in love, people!

Who, me, cynical?

Nah... I'm just a misfit!

I wore:
Late 1960s Wedding dress - Borrowed from Misfits stock (You can buy it here)
Boots - Retail (Years ago)
Vintage veil - Op shopped
Floral headpiece - Made it myself
1960s enamel earrings - Vintage store
Chunky cocktail ring - I bought it for Helga and haven't sent it yet

What a divinely beautiful frock, darling! I'd marry you in a flash.
You look gorgeous, love floral headdress and the daisy earrings and your gorgeously long locks.
Wonder if there was any wedding night action with that couple? Eeekkk! xxx

Ah, the internet girlfriend...how very romantic! And you, ever thoughtful to return his beloved Asian porn. I knew I loved you, but now I feel it way down deep in my soul.

Such a sweet bride, the only photo that's missing is you running through a field of daisies.

The crotch grab is by far my favorite, although sometimes life calls for a double titty grab. (Did I say that out loud)!

Lovely dress, it would be so sweet styled for a garden wedding! I love that you are wearing the ring you will soon give Helga! I too "test drive" gifts sometimes, as I give stuff I'd love to get!

Dearest Sarah, you look absolutely stunning!

The post about your husband is genius! You crack me up.

I've put up two snaps of me today, I don't like either of them but at least they're full length. I'm not just a head and shoulders.

Much love, C xx

Love the photo of you with your the flowers band and of course the one that you are showing your love by giving the heart finger and by showing him that you know where balls supposed to be!
I was also married once. I married in a green (very 80's) top and skirt and I have 2 lovely girls from this union from hell.
I don't believe in marriage for me but I would love to see my gays friend being able to experience it. Hopefully not the misery that I experience but the joys of an equal partnership.

Hey babe - you and Vix have some bridal hotness going on:))). I love your daisy earrings and the boots!! Every wedding needs a bit of crotch-grabbing - must remember that if it ever happens that I go down that path again;)) I'm off to read the dirt on the break-up now. Love ya gorgeous!!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

wow lady! that wedding dress is so perfect and i just love that your paired it with the daisy stud earrings! i love the 60's! my wedding dress was from the 60's too but it was too small for me so we cut out the back, it was equipped with small daisy lace and collar...i pretty much want to wear it everyday of my life!

This wedding frock is gorgeous - and you look mighty-fine in the crotch-grabbing shot I might add! Can I be a flower girl at your double wedding to Helga & Vix?

The Boyfriend & I aren't big marriage believers either. Going on five years, and we are quite happy just being boyfriend & girlfriend. I'm in no hurry to be anyone's wife.

hahahaha!! love the crotch grab. you WOULD make a very lovely bride though, 'tis a shame you'd never consider marriage again, perhaps you and your future boyfriend can play dress up!! :) good riddens to bad rubbish i say, glad you're happy, healthy woman living life on ur own terms. :)

I agree marriage isn't for everyone (myself included). Love is only for fairy tales and affairs. I am married but it was only a way to put off having the baby he wanted for a while...then he proposed the next week... :s...shit!!!

Too disorganised to get married myself - that's two bloggers I've seen posing in wedding dresses this week - you and Vix!
